Inspired by the success of operating a fleet of inter-island liners with accommodations akin to luxury hotels in the 90s (the first and only of its kind back then), the principals of Yello Hotel sought to build and operate a hotel that will meet the demands of the modern traveler.
The name Yello! is a play-on-words for the color yellow and the greeting hello – both of which exude warmth and vibrancy. Through its real estate and property development arm, Gothong Southern Properties, Inc., Yello Hotel transformed from a mere coffee break topic into a living and breathing structure that provides accommodations marked by seamless service, value, and connectivity at surprisingly affordable rates.
